Well, she also ‘threw a shoe’ at the end of the first video as well.
In the first video she was clearly out cold and/or paralyzed, being propped up against that concrete bollard until her security detail tossed her into the medical van like a sack o’ taters. Her feet were dragging, lifeless, and the shoe fell off in the process. In the second video it looks like she deliberately kicked the shoe off and away from herself, as if angry with it. I bet if the video weren’t abruptly cut we’d see her kicking off the other shoe a moment later. Not that it matters — she’s a basketcase.
