0.1% so far. If you read the second paragraph, it’ll be closer to 5% of AD, and potentially ~15% of Reservists by the time they finish this first purge.
Is it just me, or do you see a building First Amendment issue here? As I read it, religious exemptions were offered, and applied for by the thousands, but none have been approved. Effectively meaning that the offer of a religious exemption was made deceptively, in bad faith, with the concealed intent to grant none.
At some juncture, it don’t matter a rat’s ass that this is the military; if the representation was made that religious exemptions we’re available, then there damned well MUST be religious exemptions given. And not some paltry “fig leaf” number sufficient only to mollify a court, either.
Anyone separated without the religuous exemption they applied for will form an Action Class that should see a Civil judgment and awards into the umpteen millions.

Legal and just are not common bedfellows in this day and age
Just like you find the diverging direction of the military and this country?
The actions may hold water in what passes for a court of law, but doesn’t lead the muster on the streets.
Law in the court and justice in the street are not similar anymore, though if they keep pushing they are going to get a French style reset.
