Sotrovimab is the only MAB that works for Omicron and the US government bought up pretty much the entire supply. That supply is nowhere near enough to meet demand. Anyone counting on MABs is probably not going to get them, regardless of what state you live in.
This based on a lab test. The same test found that vaccine antibodies in sera are ineffective. That hasn't stopped them from pushing vaccines for Omicron. A similar lab study found Ivermectin to be effective however at levels that would be hard to duplicate in vivo. Still did they even attempt a US large trial of Ivermectin? No.
Finally as it relates to Monoclonals. Delta is still out there. The PCR test can tell the difference in most cases. Yet they stopped the supply completely.
I have not seen a human trial of monoclonals that shows they are ineffective against Omicron. So to stop providing monoclonal treatments at this time is the height of stupidity.
