The Supreme Court has agreed to take up two vaccine mandate cases -- the one involving OSHA and the one for health care workers (CMS).
A third mandate, aimed at federal contractors, remains in a kind of legal limbo. The temporary injunction granted by a Georgia judge was recently upheld by the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals. Whether that decision will also be appealed to SCOTUS, and if so whether they will agree to hear it, remain to be seen.
However, according to Jenin Younes, an attorney with the New Civil Liberties Alliance and charter member of Team Reality, “It is likely that whatever decision [the court] makes about [the first two] mandates will affect the contractor one as well, since the principles are similar.”
So the importance of the upcoming arguments against the OSHA and CMS mandates cannot be overstated. They will almost certainly be for all the marbles.
Far be it from me to tell lawyers things they already know, much less what they ought to say or do. But you’ll have to forgive me if, after the ObamaCare and Obergefell fiascos, I’m not exactly brimming with confidence in our side’s ability to make winning arguments before the nation’s highest court.
It seems to me there are essentially two questions before the Court: Whether the federal government has the authority to mandate any vaccines, and if so, whether they have the authority to mandate these particular “vaccines” (hereafter referred to more accurately as “injections”).
The answer to the first question, I believe, is “maybe” or “it depends” -- although there is, in fact, no precedent for such federal mandates. The two examples the pro-mandate forces like to cite are both problematic for them, in different ways.

I never saw Dr. I self treated at home. I should’ve had Ivermectin in my medicine chest, however I neglected in 2020 to stock up. Got through the first two weeks and then was still suffering from some problems with my lungs. I was able to obtain Ivermectin black-market. In 24 hours I had a noticeable improvement. I added some injectable B12 which really boosted my energy level. I lost about 20 pounds which I’m pretty happy for and of course I have immunity. I deduced my testosterone level was likely in the tank on the recovery end of Covid. And there are some studies that indicate that is a issue post recovery. Besides I’m 66. I sourced 10 vials of Sustanon-250 and began by one injection a week.I did this for the first three weeks and now I’m doing a couple every two weeks and then will spread it out to a three week interval. I’m lifting weights have put on a ton of muscle mass and have no indication of side effects from Covid. As a caveat I should point out I had zero comorbidities, supernormal blood pressure and not terribly overweight. I was contemplating my choices of whether to see a doctor with my lungs or Ivermectin. The results of ivermectin were outstanding!

At this point in time Fauci’s own words could sink this ship in seconds before the court. He told the truth at the beginning of this “crisis.” Masks don’t work. He also spoke the truth regarding waiting and seeing the effects of the injections. We are seeing the effects and they are deadly. The “vaccines” are not preventing CCP virus! You’d have to be a fool at this point to believe they prevent CCP virus from spreading. Fauci’s words in 2020 on the anti-body dependent enhancement effects appear to be panning out now. Omni-con is spreading like wild fire and there are a lot of people who participated in the initial injections who will not be injected further. They see no point in being injected again with a substance that did them no good in preventing the virus! Let the courts eyes be opened to the facts of the Fauci Fraud spread by the mass propagandists in the media and federal government! The data and injection deaths are there for the entire world to see. The question is, will they present it to the court in a manner that compels them to side with reality or will they side with the tyrannical powers of government control?

My wife and I have both recovered fully from COVID and neither of us will take the injections. We have chosen not to comply.

Our County Sheriff has already said he won’t enforce any “mandates” here. Not a single local PD is either. Only one member of the County Board voted in favor of enforcing them. She’s a whack job Dem, of course.
The Health Department has been told by their Director not to respond to any complaints unless it’s made by a sworn police officer.
So we are “safe” here for now. The rest of Illinois is doing pretty much the same thing. Orland Park is extreme south Cook County and it wouldn’t surprise me to see a few of the surrounding villages tell Preckwinkle to stuff her mandates too.

I was terribly disappointed in them after the “election”.
And I won’t give them the ‘ol “we’re not here to correct your voting mistakes” excuse or whatever they say.
They exist as part of a multi-layer defense against tyranny. It was their turn and they stepped aside. Same with the judges that wouldn’t even look at the evidence.
They are all negligent at best complicit at worst, in my opinion.

I have always supported police, mostly by being polite and friendly and being pretty generous with benefit of the doubt.
Lately, it has occurred to me that there is probably little they wouldn’t do to me to keep that paycheck rolling in.
The ones that would have a problem would likely retire, move on, or be purged pretty quickly.
