Retired police commander confused, angry over daughter’s death at hands of Redmond officers

I went to a video police training class in Portland about 10 years ago.
There was a criminal on the ground 15 feet from me who was refusing to drop his knife.
I had him in my sights and I’m a very good shot so I wasn’t worried about him throwing a knife at me or getting away.

The strange part is the ONLY way to end the scenario was to shoot the guy.
It felt like an execution.

I read the full report and it seems the woman was a bit nutty.
