Honestly, he’s doing us a favor. The left hates Trump more than anything. Maybe the Dims will do an about face so they don’t have to agree with him. I’ll make sure to bring that up everytime I get pestered by a dim lib. “Finally, you and Trump agree.”

Trump should stop praising the poisons called COVID vaccines.
Instead, he should strongly rally opposition to all mandates of the poisons called COVID vaccines, and can be confident that his supporters will stand with him on that.
After that, he can successfully return to talking about America First policies, supply chain remedies, trade deals, energy policy, border security and all of the other issues that he does a really really great job of talking about.
Additionally, he can build a free speech media and technology empire and write an enthusiastic endorsement of DeSantis for President in 2024.
