IMO, he didn’t antagonize her any more than he already was. She was too unhinged already and nothing short of him complying instantly would placate her and I for one would refuse to give them the satisfaction because it’s blood in the water for unhinged leftists like that. She would just be more emboldened the next time because she got away with it before.

The video joins in after the initial encounter, so we can’t know if he tried to disarm the situation, but as her behavior escalated to the point of assault he had every right to verbally counter her attacks.
