The National Basketball Association (NBA) will require its teams to host Covid booster shot events on New Year’s Eve, according to a report.
Shams Charania, the NBA reporter for the Athletic, tweeted the news earlier this week.
“In light of rising COVID-19 cases, all NBA teams were informed that they are required to host a booster shot event by Dec. 31 in which booster doses are made available for eligible players, staff, and their families,” Charania wrote.

I tuned into an NBA game for a minute yesterday. The TV shot looked like something out of Mao’s China. Everybody except the players all masked up and looking grim. No thanks.

Just cuz you’re the biggest doesn’t mean you’re the best. Had this multi zillion operation employed REAL scientists, they would have given IVM to players as soon as they were diagnosed.
Then their players would have had the thing cleared from their systems in less than 72 hours and back on the playing floor.

I got Covid yesterday—after my vax last March but before I’d decided on whether to get a booster or not. Nature has decided for me: no booster as now I have natural immunity. Yay!
Had chills and fever (and got a positive on a rapid antigen screening home test) and slept all day yesterday and 10 hours last night too. Today I feel much better. A very mild cold today.
I get mine from angry lesbians pretending to be men on cnn. /s
