You mean prior to the milvax mandate? IIRC the Navy is about 98% fully vaxxed with a FULLY UNcertified vaccine. Weird huh? And remember, they redefined vaccine to fit the lack of prevention of this shamdemic. I view that more as a prophylactic and not a preventative.
I think properly applied condom works better to prevent pregnancy than sham vaccine that will never prevent Covid and therefore never eliminate death from Covid. Proper early treatment and good health will go farther to prevent deaths
