I predict she will quietly be released and at worst, will be convicted and be sentenced to a short period of probation. I doubt it. It says, "a passenger named Patricia Cornwall" was taken into custody, not "a passenger named LaPatious Cornwall".
And remember, a guy convicted of trespassing while carrying an American flag was sentenced to 41 months in prison.
