Good question. I wish i had a real answer. Herein lies the issue.

Not exactly sure what you’re asking but if you want a molecular breakdown you can analyze it with a GC-Mass Spectrometer. Fairly common analytical instrument.
That is precisely my concern about medicine ordered from India.
