Just outta curiosity, now how did the Old Gray Whore get those documents?
Did the FBI give them to the NYT? How would that be lawful?
New York State Supreme Court is a lower court.
The Court of Appeals is New York State’s highest court and court of last resort in most cases.
A government employee, presumably from the SDNY or the FBI in NYC gave them the documents.
If there is another explanation I am all ears.
The ends justifies the means for the left so I am going to guess that a far left radical with a position of authority was responsible for this.
I would imagine there is an OIG investigation and we will learn that they could not figure out who leaked this confidential material in about three years.
Meanwhile, in Realsville, if someone in the military tweeted that they were concerned about election integrity or that Biden’s economic policies are harming their family they would likely be investigated, polygraphed, and summarily dismissed as a white supremacist.
Strange times......
The real crime is how the info made it to the NYT in the first place.
But it’s interesting that PV exercised a higher level of journalistic integrity than the NYT. PV sought to independently verify the diary and was also concerned with how the got it. NYT doesn’t bother with those insignificant details.

My company security department has disabled the fingerprint readers company-wide. I’m wanting to find out why. It is supposed to be a security risk.
