The part of Joe’s brain that relates to numbers might be damaged. He even mixes up numbers when he is reading from a teleprompter.
Yep....and he’s already showing he can’t discern words as he reads. My sister got to the place she couldn’t read anything....but she would ad-lib as if she could. But of course what she said had nothing to do with what was there to read.
Bidens also ad libbing now.....changes the subject when he’s lost.
