Challenge it...Federal court!
It’s already a federal level felony to forge or use a government instrument which includes the CDC vaccination card or record. It is a violation under Title 18 United States Code, Section 1017 which carries a 5 year sentence for each of the two violations one for forgery the other for the use of said forged instrument. Federal level felonies also automatically remove the right to vote at the federal level for life and the right to possess forearms or ammunition for life. The DOJ has already begun prosecuting forgery suspects as well as people distributing forged documents. The states under the tenth can and probably will pass laws similar too the existing USC code or use their existing forgery laws pertaining to state government documents.
