I believe you are correct. Imagine changing the rules to allow a simple majority to change voting laws. So in January 2023, the new Senate GOP majority votes in mandatory voter ID Laws. Opps, did not see that coming. Just like the rule on judges, never underestimate the RATS ability to shoot themselves in the gonads for a sound bite.
There are hopefully enough adults in the Senate to see this coming and will stop the rush to anarchy this would portend.
