If the Republicans get control of the house and senate, you can believe that they would reinstate any filibuster rule that was done away with right now. They would do it in the name of “reaching across the aisle.“
A thought I am trying to process: Killing the filibuster is the only way to get a handle on the budget. Tt would create a few wild swings but it is the only way to dismantle legacy problems.
