When? And doesn’t really matter when he’s not loyal, not qualified, And can’t be trusted?
Ted is a pretty solid conservative, yes, but he is constitutionally unqualified. He is not a Natural Born Citizen. Neither is Arnold Schwarzenegger nor is Putin.
Ted should be on the SCOTUS.

He wasn’t when he all but endorsed Hillary at the 2016 Convention. If he couldn’t figure out the stakes then, with an OPEN Supreme Court seat and the courts already controlled by Constitution-hating Leftists...he simply doesn’t understand that being a conservative is not just something you do on the ‘good days’.
But he does seem to vote well in the Senate. I voted for him 3 times, I think, with the first being in Primary against the GOP-type (Dewhurst), and I’ll keep voting for him for Senate...but NEVER for president (in a Primary), he still in his learning curve for that job.
