Nope. It is only possible that enough of them were to tip the balance. But we will never know and his handlers were unwilling to take that chance by allowing independent observers and challengers to remove the illegitimate votes from the count.
They preferred their chances with the rigged court system and media to shout down any challenge. And that says it all.
