Don’t be surprised if he’s late. They’re scrambling to edit the speech and remove all references to millions of people hospitalized and dying from Omicron this winter. New data indicates it’s a major bust. They’ll have to dream up another bogeyman.

If Biden were smart he would try a different tack. Remove the mandates, masks optional, and people go out and enjoy Christmas. His approval ratings would instantly jump.
