This whole subculture is truly dicey and it is a spectrum of odd behavior.
Consenting to being dominated is a very bad idea. It’s also a very bad idea for someone to think they can dominate a young woman in this culture and get away with it...even if she does consent.
My advice is if a couple is into this then get married and then do your thing together. At least make it publicly clear that there’s a serious relationship involved.
Somehow I doubt this experience will cure her. In fact, I'll bet she's already looking for the next adrenaline fueled sex high.
