... a bill that would grant permissions to remove and detain cases, contacts, carriers, or anyone suspected of presenting a “significant threat to public health” and remove them from public life on an indefinite basis. Who determines the 'threat'? Dr Mangle? Indefinite detention without a warrant or access to 'habeas corpus'? Mere suspicion of contact or being a carrier is sufficient?
