yes, but I also favor states that have not enacted marijuana decriminalization laws to wait and look hard at the crime experience in states that have made such laws. In California that experience is not good at all.

Good to hear.

Other states should learn the lesson of light taxation and regulation - and readiness to devote the necessary portion of marijuana revenues to enforcement, so as not to become a haven for illegal suppliers to non-legalizing states.
