Three fold problem: lira has taken a nosedive and drug prices were negotiated on its former exchange rate against the euro, so imported drugs are way more expensive, the Turkish drug suppliers aren't getting paid or want to be paid at the old lira rate instead of a depressed rate (40% loss), and supply chain affecting local production
