COVID-19 long-haulers experience an array of widespread and debilitating symptoms even after the virus clears from their system, and latent viruses may account for many symptoms.
Because of the compromised state of long haulers' bodies, previously dormant viruses are reactivating and becoming chronic infections.
Recent studies are highlighting the occurrence of these reactivations. Researchers are pushing for more testing and research on potential treatments.

If population control is the goal, they screwed up because using your point of reference we’re all going to be weeded out including them.
Anyone who has been paying attention to this even a little from the beginning knows that. Ask anyone involved in an industry that has employees who have gotten COVID. This was going on long before the vaccines.
Reading all the various stories on the various viral problems makes glad of one thing....I am old enough that I hopefully will not have to endure all this crap much longer. Every day the problems & the answers seem to change & you know that not everyone can be right about it.

I had long Covid within a month of clearing it in hospital (Jan ‘20). IMO it’s just low-grade Covid infection the body’s macrophage immune response constantly battles. Very predictable exposure to symptom severity. I liken it to background radiation. The longer I was in a public place the more the joints ache and worse the fatigue. I could only go shopping on Friday afternoons cuz I’d be wiped out for 2 days thereafter.
Finally got rid of it with Ivermectin 12mg every 2 days.
