More and more businesses in recent days have walked back previous rules mandating COVID-19 vaccine sas a condition for employment in a bid to keep workers.
Earlier this week, Amtrak—a quasi-public corporation—became the latest to rescind its vaccine requirement amid concerns about staff shortages and cut service in January. In a memo sent to staff that was obtained by The Epoch Times, Amtrak CEO William Flynn said the company would do away with the mandate that would have given employees until Jan. 4 to get fully vaccinated or go on unpaid leave.
About 500 out of more than 17,000 Amtrak workers remain unvaccinated, according to the memo. Still, the sudden loss of that many workers would have caused service disruptions, Flynn suggested, while noting that Amtrak was acting in accordance with recent court orders handed down against President Joe Biden’s sweeping vaccine mandates.
Several hospitals and healthcare systems have similarly rescinded vaccine mandates for employees and cited labor issues that were triggered by the new requirements. In early December, Florida’s AdventHealth announced the end of its vaccine requirement for some 83,000 workers, also citing the several recent court injunctions against federal mandates.
“Due to recent decisions by the federal courts to block the [Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services] vaccine mandate, we are suspending all vaccination requirements of our COVID-19 vaccination policy,” AdventHealth Chief Clinical Officer Neil Finkler said in a letter to staff. The move came after the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services confirmed to The Epoch Times that the agency suspended enforcement following two court orders several weeks ago.

My corp walked back the vax mandate as a condition of employment until things worked through the courts. Still required to test every week and submit the results on a corporate link to keep my badge active.

Probably the ones refusing are the ones that do the actual work.

But, you can stay employed if you test postive with the (ineffective) vax?
Or if all the vaxed are passing around run of the mill stuff (happening in an office I know of currently) and getting overly sick with it because their immune systems are now no bueno.

Yep, absolutely correct. I’m keeping my distance from the vaccinated as an unvaxxed. This is a plandemic of the VACCINATED! lol
I know five people who have had adverse reactions to either the Pfizer, Moderna and or J&J. Too close to home for me. I’d rather take my chances with the Covid/prophylaxis plan and or monoclonal antibodies if God forbid I do catch this communist bio-weapon WuHuFlu.
Q: Is the testing done with snot or spit? And if snot, digging for gold or just inside the nostril?
I work for a Fortune 500 company. They haven’t said a word either way. I will remain un-jabbed until they do force it, then they’ll have to fire me.
Now that a 3 judge panel has re-instated it, look for them ton reverse themselves again.
The mandate will be the liability. Tick tock.
It seems discriminatory in that employees over 100 must get the shot.
So,people under a 100 don’t spread any germs.

Of course. But these gambits are showing themselves full of logical inconsistences, as the “event” unravels.
People crossing the border in violations of national laws, here as in Europe, are deemed not as infectious as you and others like us. Children at no risk are deemed infectious. Yet oddly parts of the federal government are exempt from its own mandates. The pattern here is obvious. Deceit is the order of the day, in service to mandating people accept immunizations which do not immunize, over and over again.

The company I work for recently announced that we’re going to have to report our ‘vaccination’ status by Jan 7, in direct violation of the ADA. I fully plan to ignore it. screw those bastards
