This is extremely bad news for everyone who objects to OSHA being used as a tool for enforcing Resident Biden’s fascist mandates.

WOW! So much for the 6th Circuit Court being a conservative leaning court huh? Should have stayed with the 5th where it was overwhelming struck down.

I have no faith that the SC will do the right thing. Look at how many other cases like this they've refused to take on. We're being betrayed by the legal system.
