Most interesting bit from this article:

“At 24 hours after infection, Omicron replicated 70 times higher than the Delta variant and the original SARS-CoV-2 virus in the bronchial tissue.

Interestingly, Omicron replicated less efficiently (10 times lower) in lung tissue than the original SARS-CoV-2 virus”

So it grows faster in your throat, causing you to cough and spread it, but to do that focuses less on the lungs. Hopefully that is a good sign for reduced danger.

Most interesting fact is this..A sever case of the common cold-a corona virus, is most likely more deadly.

It also means that the simply gargling with Listerine or Crest Intense should help.
