OOPS - some weird things
As many people here on FR have noted, these are supposed to be well staked down and sandbags on the stakes.
But every single instance where these accidents have occurred or even when I have seen them in other places, the relevant renter or authority claims that the weather didn’t tell us there was going to be strong winds. Or they say they did stake them down, but very perfunctorily.
The church groups I have worked with over the years are maniacal about staking these things down. I vaguely remember one event where they moved a vehicle onto one of the points, just to make sure it wasn’t going anywhere.
The parents need to determine if the school actually anchored the bounce house down, or assumed nothing was going to happen.

No, no, no. You obviously don’t adhere to SCIENCE. The gov’mt reaction will be to mandate that all such henceforth be inflated with something heavier than sir.
