This happens regularly. Often, it involves a presidential advance party for a international trip working with local counterparts on security strategy. Usually, there’s no trouble. But, occasionally these agents, (FBI, CIA, DEA, military special op’s, etc) flex their inner-cowboy and get into enough trouble to cause the incident to be escalated. That’s when they get into trouble with the brass.
