Well said, but people voting in these areas continue accept this as normal and keep voting for policies that don’t discourage behavior against society. Even worse over the past 2 years they come right out and celebrate their criminal class that almost always has a history of abusing women. You might think there would be a warning to people getting visas about their risks in visiting some of these cities.
