“Tremor’s attempt to censor Dan Bongino violated Rumble’s core principles,” said Rumble CEO Chris Pavlovski. “Shadowy activists may not like what Dan Bongino has to say, but Rumble will always encourage open debate without taking sides. That is why Rumble decided to terminate its contract with Tremor. We won’t tolerate politicized attempts to cancel creators.”

UPDATE: Due to community demand, Rumble has decided to remove phone number requirements for commenting and live chats.
We are listening.
Good.
Trump Media & Technology Group plans to “use Rumble’s infrastructure, their technology, their cloud distribution capability” for its operations, so will probably have a major impact on the way rumble behaves, so we’ll probably see a more of rumble being intolerant of attempts at “cancellation” of folks, orgs and ideas ...
so rumble is not a free speech platform?
Why do you say that? I got just the opposite from the message.
so rumble is not a free speech platform?
I believe that they wanted to pull ads hosted on Rumbles media player because of cancel culture so Rumble just cancelled them instead
from the article:
Tremor attempted to censor Bongino by removing advertisements from his websites and Rumble’s hosted video player. The company provided no proof or examples of the allegedly “fake covid information” that was the source of the complaints, instead expecting Rumble to bow to the demands of a few anonymous censors
umble gave Tremor the opportunity to provide examples of violations of Rumble’s content policies, but the group failed to do so. Accordingly, Rumble terminated its relationship with the company.

That makes more sense. Wonder if the cat lady is behind it.
Check the source for this "news:" PRNewswire, the ultimate media whoring outfit. They'll publish anything for you if you have the bucks.
In other words, Rumble had to resort to paying to spread their propaganda.
Weird post.
It's a Rumble press release. They, like many are a customer of PRNewswire or other news distributers. PRNewswire has been distributing press releases to news organizations for over 60 years.
Yahoo thought this particular press release was newsworthy so they reported on it.
