WASHINGTON (Reuters) - A leading Georgia legislator has introduced a bill that would eliminate absentee ballot drop boxes, a favored and highly-used tool last November that allowed voters to safely cast ballots during the coronavirus pandemic.

Butch Miller, the No.2 Republican in Georgia's Republican-controlled senate and a candidate for lieutenant governor in the 2022 elections, said drop boxes were a “weak link” in guarding against voter fraud, according to a statement released by his office.

I have never understood, what are they for, except for fraud!
People can drop their ballots in the mail, or at the voting places.
Why anybody needs special drop boxes is beyond me!
Only the harvesters like them!

Agreed. They talk about the importance of "chain of custody" when collecting and counting ballots but there is no chain of custody record before ballots are dumped en masse into the drop boxes.

My favorite example of obvious Demoscat vote fraud is Missouri 2008 compared to Missouri 2012.

Obama couldn't quite get it done in "swing state" Missouri in 2008 - Obama, 1,441,911 "votes" and McCain, 1,445,814 votes. Obama lost by less than 4000 votes.

In 2012 in Missouri, Milt Romney had 1,482,440 votes - a gain of 37,000 votes. Obama's Missouri votes evaporated - only 1,223,796 votes, a loss of over 218,000 "votes".

Where DID all those Demoscat "voters" go, one wonders?

Perhaps the DC party bosses decided that their Missouri vote fraud money was best spent elsewhere, since their best efforts there in 2008 came up short...
