I wouldn’t call Chavin a “perpetrator.” He behaved as TRAINED by the MPD. He also didn’t kill Floyd. The drugs that Floyd OD’ed on killed Floyd.

Fentynl (sp?). From one article I read, he had 3x the lethal dose of that drug in his system. Plus, a plethora of other drugs (he was a walking pharmacy). I don't know how he stood on his feet at all. The Cop did not "murder" him, he committed unintentional suicide.
