He definitely can do it, but he can not force illegals to get on the bus. He can offer, and they must voluntarily agree, to get on the bus. He would need to tell them where they will be dropped off at and pay for the transportation. All legal and can’t be stopped by the feds.

He proposed the spending in the Freedom First Budget (pdf) to protect against harms resulting from illegal immigration.

There is no plural of "harm."

Great theater, though, if he tries it. It points out that the elites live in a rarified world of their own, and all the pain and suffering that they inflict on regular people is out of their sight and out of their thoughts. I hope he does try it. I was advocating this on freep long before it was taken up by DeSantis et al.
