I don’t think the real problem was “Three kids and a gun”, but rather the fact that they were “dabbling on the edges of hard drug use and the Sureños gang”, using meth and flashing gang signs. They drove at least 150 miles to the Wyoming line to dump the body. They don’t sound too ‘tender’ to me.
