Meadows gets an email from someone and suddenly it becomes “his”? Really?

We all get unsolicited crap all the time. The difference is that we can put it in the trash. Giverment mail boxes can’t.

No telling what kind of insanity they get that can’t be thrown away but just because they have it does not mean they solicited it or originated it.

schiff is lower than whale chit. the only real question is just how BS crazy he is.

Notice the Guardian doesn’t mention what was not in it that would be in an actual coup plotter’s playbook, that is, a plot to round up the opposition and have them “reeducated,” sent to a gulag, or executed...and orders to censor media, falsely charge innocent citizens of high crimes, etc.

Anyhow, is it really a insurrection if people attempt to overthrow a fraudulent election?

I know about some emails that implicate the president in crime and corruption against America and other emails that implicate Hillary in crime and corruption against America. Isn’t that newsworthy enough for the Guardian?

I don’t see what the big deal is?

It was an outline of choices.

What exactly does it intimate, that challenging and obstructing a fraud that once completed has no recourse, is a crime?

More tempest in a teapot

That’s precisely what it was, an outline of choices and they damn well better have one in the face of the coordinated attack on our elections by Mike Podhorzer and his massive conspiracy to steal the Presidency.

” to return himself to the presidency “ - uh, he was still President before 6 January, and would remain so until 20 January.

It’s hilarious reading British BS. They have no idea how the US works.

Pelosi sneaks through bill that would give feds “oversight” of state elections
Convention of States Action ^ | September 3rd 2021 | Jordan Sillars
Posted on 9/4/2021, 5:10:36 PM by Jacquerie

The tragic mishandling of the situation in Afghanistan has, ironically enough, given D.C. politicians plenty of cover to sneak through other measures that would be opposed by a majority of Americans. One of those was passed by the Democrat-controlled House last week.

The John Lewis Voting Rights Advancement Act (which is dead) would have given Joe Biden’s Justice Department the ability to police new changes to voting laws in states that have racked up a series of “violations,” drawing them into a mandatory review process known as “preclearance.”

In other words, states would be unable to pass election integrity laws without getting the say-so of deep state operatives in D.C.

This measure, combined with a second nbill Mark Meckler has called the Death of Democracy Act, would give the federal government total and absolute control over virtually every election in our country.

The Death of Democracy Act mandates universal mail-in balloting and ID-less voting, and the John Lewis amendment prohibited states from instituting security measures without getting approval from politicians like Pelosi.

.................................................

ANALYSIS. The federal government will use any excuse to increase their power. About the same percentage of black Americans as white Americans vote in presidential elections, and black Americans vote at higher rates than any other minority group. And yet, big-government politicians in D.C. cry “voter suppression” and use that lie as an excuse to grab more power for themselves.

An Article V Convention of States can end that power-grab once and for all. A Convention of States is called and controlled by the states and has the power to propose constitutional amendments that limit the power, scope, and jurisdiction of the federal government.

What does this mean? It means that the states can propose amendments that put real, permanent limitations on federal power. In our federalist system, the states are supposed to control the election process. Amendments can be proposed that clarify that truth and explicitly prohibit Washington from passing laws that infringe upon that right.

If we want to ensure that We the People stay in control of our elections, we must shrink federal power.

I’ve been curious, since Day 1, why so many people heaped praise on Meadows like he walked on water.

That being said, the information in this article doesn’t mean anything without, as others have said, knowing who wrote it. With the way things have gone since January 2017, I’d like to see an independent analyst dig in and show me when this PP was actually written.

I don’t put anything past Meadows or any of the other back stabbing perps in DC to fabricate more stuff to try and damage President Trump.

Donald Trump returns to the White House, January 2025, skip the parade down Pennsylvania Ave. File a lawsuit against Congress for the taxpayer money they used to silence “victims” of their sexual assaults. As with anything the man does, start talking about it and force the media and the people to HAVE to talk about it.

First Press Conference....

Acosta: Mr President what are you going to do about inflation?

Pres Trump: After watching what CornPop, the Democrats and the RINOs destroy the economy, my team and I have come up with a bold and detailed plan to eliminate it. However, I’m not going to talk about it until Congress hands over the documents detailing the taxpayer money used to silence the “victims” of sexual assaults committed by members of Congress.

MSNBC: Mr President what are you going to do about China?

Pres Trump: After watching what CornPop, the Democrats and the RINOs do everything and anything that Xi wanted them to do, my team and I have come up with a bold and detailed plan to deal with the issue. However, I’m not going to talk about it until Congress hands over the documents detailing the taxpayer money used to silence the “victims” of sexual assaults committed by members of Congress.

Not knowing the content of the PP, I could see a presentation made to Trump to truly discuss his options as president given the election was being fraudulent taken by Biden’s commie crew.

Absolutely. They’d be incompetent and crazy NOT to have done that.

The Constitution doesn’t grant the vice president any such power that Trump labeled in his tweet. Instead, it’s up to the House and Senate to voice any objections, which will take place on January 6 around 1 p.m. And each of those state electors was chosen in accordance with state law, not fraudulently.

The 12th Amendment of the Constitution lays it out:

“The president of the Senate shall, in the presence of the Senate and House of Representatives, open all the certificates, and the votes shall then be counted,” it reads.

So Pence will oversee the joint session of Congress, opening each of the certificates of each state’s electoral votes and then presenting those to already appointed House and Senate “tellers” in alphabetical order.

“The person having the greatest number of votes shall be president,” the amendment continues.

After presenting them to all of the tellers, who count the votes, Pence then will announce who officially won. But he doesn’t have any official say in changing the votes, as some social media posts say.

So the question is if an objection passes both chambers, where do the votes go?

“Rejection means that that state just won’t be counted and every single person in that state will basically be disenfranchised by both houses, deciding not to count their electoral votes.”

If you red through the federal statute about counting electoral votes, nowhere does it say that if an objection succeeds, the opponent would get the votes. No, if objections pass, President Trump wouldn’t get those votes. The presidency is decided in the House of Representatives with each state delegation getting one vote and the vice president is decided in the senate. So there was a backup plan in place.

So, if there is no way a coup can be accomplished, then why is there a question as to the legitimacy of the process that Trump can’t change? And as he is doing nothing that others have not done, why is he being investigated for having an opinion? I think that was written in the first amendment.
There is no record of Trump meeting any of the people that went into the building or stayed outside. Shouldn’t this be called police brutality and/or stalking?

Post the ppt or it’s BS and even if there is a ppt it doesn’t say “ways to stage a coup”

It could easily outlay “legal” ways to challenge the election results and to the left that would be a coup attempt unless of course they’re doing the challenging then it’s legal.

Is there anyone on the planet so stupid they think, "if 10 protesters occupy a room in Congress they automatically have the power to 'make laws'?

Is that the threat? A stupid hysterical fantasy on the part of white liberal 'elites' who know better?

An insurrection is where a group takes power or attempts to take power. There was ZERO chance any of these people could pass laws or fund projects or do ANYTHING TO DO WITH LEGISLATING.

Even Liz Cheney - stupid as she is - and filled with the power of 'daddy-daddy' doesn't think these protesters could do anything of power by walking into a room...

none of that happened, before, on, or after January 6th, so it’s rather meaningless.
