How can such a law be constitutional? Making art is considered a form of protected free speech. Who is to say whatever these men made is “counterfeit”. The most they can be charged with is falsely claiming to be of Native American heritage. But if Elizabeth Warren can claim to be an Indian, male swimmers can pretend to be women and Joe Biden poses as President why can’t these guys claim to be Indians if they feel that is what they are? Artist get their inspiration in many different ways.
