Trump was surrounded by sellout posers, so I don’t think he’s in any mood to help them out.

Netanyahu was not a member of Trump's cabinet - he was the leader of another nation. He would have had to congratulate Biden sooner or later. I think where Trump does have a point is that Netanyahu congratulated Biden so early - while the election outcome was still being disputed. He could have waited until Congress certified the vote.
