With the Omicron variant, journalists just repeat talking points. Why are they always going to experts who have a track record of being wrong?

There are very few cases of the COVID omicron variant in the U.S. or the world, so how can it be that Pfizer or any drug company can run a test that shows that its vaccines or boosters work on it? That's the claim out there, but nobody's asking about it.

There appear to be forty mild cases so far in the U.S., yet Pfizer seems to think it has a vaccine for it. But how the heck would anyone know if a such a vaccine or booster worked, or is even necessary?

Experts" have said the omicron variant is very transmissible because it has essentially stolen the characteristics of the common cold. Neither Pfizer nor anyone else has ever been able to develop a vaccine for the common cold, but somehow, they will have a vaccine in three months for a virus that resembles the common cold?

Why don't journalists ask questions of the "experts," since so many of their pronouncements of the last two years have been 100% wrong? They were wrong when they said COVID wouldn't pass human to human, wrong when they said it wouldn't be much of a problem in the U.S., wrong when they said it would pass easily off surfaces, wrong when they said schools and other places needed a six-foot separation,

The headline question was why are journalists always going to “experts” who are always wrong. It is a stupid question because journalists are essentially paid narrative pushers seeking validity. People with working brain cells already know this so it’s a dumb question. People with a retarded ability to think critically probably wouldn’t ever see the headline or give it a second though if they did.
