CORTE MADERA, Calif. - Marin County prosecutors are reviewing the case brought to them by county offials against the parents who knowingly sent their COVID-infected child to school, the Marin County Independent Journal first reported.
The child attends Neil Cummins Elementary in Corte Madera and went to school during the week of Nov. 8 after testing positive for COVID.

The parents have reportedly apologized and said they didn't understand COVID safety rules.
Send your kid to school and go to jail. The parents are not doctors, how long ago was the COVID test, where are the rules for quarantine available? How can they prove that the kids testing positive were somehow infected by this kid?
It’s all up to the media, if they are inflaming the locals then the DA will find a way to press charges.

But, let a Covid positive kid who is going among others who have a 99.999% chance of survival go to school and you’ll be PROSECUTED.
And still, no doctors or politicians or judges will demand explanations!
