Christians of all stripes are a fading minority in Netherlands and most of Europe. Liberalism and secularism have infected and nearly destroyed both Catholicism and protestantism in Western Europe over the last 50 years.
Thankfully we now have a pope who recognizes that the solution to the problem is to triple down on both liberalism and Muslim immigration.
The irony is that those denominations which adapted themselves to current fashion in order to be “relevant” and appeal to “the young generation” are the ones on the quickest route to irrelevancy, if not extinction.
