If Texas has Double the % of Blacks, TX should have Double the % of Murders. If we don’t we are winning.

This might have been addressed in later responses (I just saw this post late in the day), but Newsom is probably 'correct', but at the same time very wrong.
Violent crime is through the roof in California, but probably overall crime is down -- but only because law enforcement is forced to ignore all but violent crime. The law allows theft under $950, and the liberal D.A.'s won't charge the criminals - so the police often will ignore the 'minor criminals'. So overall crime is through the roof in California - but the statistics will say otherwise because only the violent crimes are reported to any degree.

I’m not counting White Murder victims or family violence, I’m counting murderers.
The Numbers would be embarassing to every black leader if the news would ever highlight it how many Black Male Murderers there are.
Most of their victims are other Black males, so its all good, I guess.
