Good for you. Here’s a post I copied and pasted from an earlier reply.
Fiance had lunch with an old friend Friday. Friend called her Monday and told her she tested positive for Covid. She had tested Thursday and tested negative then positive Monday morning. Fully vaccinated and boosted. She caught it from her husband, also fully vaccinated, who caught it from his father also fully vaccinated.
Earlier this fall, late summer, fiances bosses family all came down with Covid. 5 of them. All fully vaccinated. They had been in the office and fiance was tested then. Negative. She tested negative Tuesday. I forget how many times she has been tested because of contact with vaccinated people who came down with Covid. At least 5 times.
I’m about damn tired of the vaccinated exposing she and I to this virus!
My wife and I (both mid-sixties) caught COVID from our fully-vaccinated niece. She also gave it to her mother and father (both mid-seventies). None of us “oldsters” were vaccinated. We all survived without hospitalization. My wife and I received the treatment therapy but other than that just Tylenol and rest.
Meanwhile, we had several medical professionals tell us that the fully vaccinated folks are the super spreaders that are keeping the COVID numbers high.
The “vaccine” is not a real vaccine like the smallpox and polio vaccines. It can only be called a vaccine because the definition was changed.
I’m tired of those that are vaccinated thinking they can shame the unvaccinated or looking down on us, We are now much more protected against COVID than those that have been vaccinated.
