It wouldn’t mean anything ideologically, just take the money and use it to your state’s advantage.

Noem was a fierce critic of the Biden infrastructure bill. Now that payday is here she's all for it. Her major complaint was the money that didn't go for infrastructure. Now she wants to use the money for non-infrastructure purposes. I tend to agree with you that it doesn't mean anything ideologically, especially when you don't have principles or any ideology to begin with.

Our gasoline tax is 30 cents per gallon, no inheritance tax no income tax. There is no entertainment I can think of that costs a lot. Tourist maybe see entertainment.
