There was a contractor vax decision last week, Kentucky v. Biden, where the geographic scope of the order was limited to a few states.
So, sometimes one win is enough to cover the US, sometimes it is not.
Right right. The point I was making was that it doesn't matter how many district court cases you lose because they have no impact. The same reason why the Democrats could keep getting judges to shut down Trump's border actions.
But I think these injections injunctions are much more likely to be held up on appeal.
