One district, three states. Ohio, Kentucky, Tennessee. Brandon admin is appealing which will push it up to a circuit court where a national precedent can be established. Hope it happens fast as many fed contractors will be forced to start 2 jab regimen by the 20th if they want to keep jobs.

The courts have been moving against all mandates Not all of them. A Florida judge recently denied Florida AG's request to stop the CMS mandates, but since a judge in Kentucky put a stay to it, CMS rescinded it anyway.
