They should call them Brandon Stores to celebrate the guy who made the Dollar Stores obsolete.
Actually, Dollar General is one of the better low-end retailers out there. Check the labels. They have a lot of stuff made in India, Egypt and that emerging third world country of Canada.
NO MORE Dollar Generals!!!! There is not a corner in n Florida that there is nit a DG.

I use Dollar General for mi-month milk shopping.
ALL the staff there are very friendly, and the store is clean-—only have empty boxes in aisles sometimes.
They sell LOCAL dairy milk, which is my favorite, also.
MID-MONTH !!!!!
Just wait until they start opening Starbucks in them.
Please no! A DG/SB one-stop is the thing nightmares are made of.

They are the country farmers WalMart. Around here 12 miles to a grocery store..2 miles to a Dollar General..But they don’t sell shotgun shells here...yet !!! Maybe someday..
Try their store brand batteries! They’re cheap, last a long time and I’ve never had a leaker.
Remember the Six Dollar Burger at Carl’s Jr. that was supposed to be the equivalent of an expensive burger in a fancy restaurant but cost only half the price? With the actual price having soared past six dollars, they were renamed Thick Burgers. Thanks, Brandon!
