Bullcrap. The “Colonel” is a woke black guy. On the committee to rename all the bases. He is a follower of Bolton and eyeballs deep in Ukraine and it’s corrupt world.
He is not alleging the Guard should have been there before. He is saying that when the riot started, that General Flynn, (Mike Flynns younger brother) and another general deliberately delayed the guard coming to the capitol.
He is basically pushing the “Trump organized and planned insurrection” narrative. He is the damned liar.
