There’s no way you can cram ten one-stall bathrooms into the space where you used to have a ten-person shared bathroom. So the kids will have far fewer bathrooms. There are going to be lots of squirming kids in the classrooms and hands waving in the air.
Who is going to supervise the single-occupancy bathrooms for inappropriate behavior and rapes? Nobody.
