That doesn’t matter, you have to look at the votes in the individual states and see where there would have been a differnce in the EVs. How many States would have gone to Dole, had Perot not run?

Dole was closing in on Clinton but really needed an extra week to possibly win. My favorite thing about Bob Dole is that he loved his country.
